Thanks so much for contacting us about your family portrait session. We know you have choices when it comes to choosing the right person to connect with your family to create your family portraits, and we take that very personally.
We do book up very quickly in the spring and fall, so be sure to schedule your consultation early to ensure the shooting date that works best for you and your family.
The following information is for families from 2-50+ members
If you are coordinating an extended family session, please let us know. Coordinating delivery of extended family photos can get complicated, but we are very experienced in navigating this confusion, and we are ready to help make it easy.
We will start with a video chat design consultation where we will discuss timing, location, style, wardrobe and the pieces we will create to maximize use of your images.
Your session fee of $185 will need to be paid at that time to hold your session time (which will also be scheduled at the consultation.) The session fee covers your sitting, and the collection preparation (editing.) We will take care of the paperwork here at your consultation as well, so that your session time is focused completely having fun and creating great pieces.
What's Next?
About 10 days-2 weeks after your session, we will meet online again for an ordering appointment where you will have the opportunity to order wall portraits, books, fine art prints, and announcements. Digital collections are also available for purchase at your ordering appointment.
Most sessions yield a collection of 30-40 finished images for you to choose from. My average families can expect to spend between $800-$4,500 depending on what pieces you choose.
Custom care
We seek to create family heirloom pieces that you and your family will treasure for years. Therefore, we also offer virtual home wall portrait design where you can upload simple smart phone photos of your walls to our system, so that when you are in choosing your images, we can virtually drag and drop them into your room to choose proper size and finish. In the B/CS area, we also have a custom installation team that will come and hang the images in your home.
