Take control of your images!

In this one day hands-on class, you will learn how to take your camera out of auto mode and use the various settings to achieve the photos you want, instead of letting the camera make all of the decisions for you.

We will cover:

*The basics of light and exposure

*The difference between Shutter Speed, Aperture, ISO and when to adjust them

*What different lenses do and what lens to choose for each kind of shot

*Composition and how to line yourself up properly for a great image

*How to freeze your kids so they are not blurry in all of your photos

*How to look for the best spot or location to set up a shot

And MUCH more

You will bring your camera and the user's manual so we can find all of the settings no matter what kind of DSLR or Mirrorless camera you have. (This is a digital camera class, please no film cameras. Your camera must have the possibility for interchangeable lenses.)

We will be filming this workshop for later trainings so please be aware you will be on camera.
